Welcome to LexGetFit Wellness + Beauty. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and professional environment where clients can thrive in their wellness and beauty journey. Please review our policies below before booking a service. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Appointments

• All sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and begin on time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• No-call/no-show clients will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.

• Full payment is still required for late arrivals that shorten the session.

Payments

• We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash.

• All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.

Refund Policy

• All service sales are final.

• We do not issue refunds on completed services, packages, or digital products.

• In the event of dissatisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours so we can work toward a resolution.

Packages & Memberships

• Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Expiration dates apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to services.

• LexGetFit reserves the right to refuse service if it is unsafe or contraindicated.

• We maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to protect the health of our clients and staff.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is required at all times.

• Inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical, or otherwise) will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Digital Services (Wellness Coaching, Online Programs)

• Access to digital programs and coaching materials is for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

• Refunds are not available for online/digital services.

Privacy Policy

• All client information is kept strictly confidential.

• We do not share personal or health information without written consent.
